Ignition Systems runs AI intake for high-volume US law firms. After the sale, you own the client relationship. We own the build.

This is not a tech seat. You will not build workflows. You will be the person the managing partner actually wants on the phone: check-ins that feel human, problems that get owned, wins that get celebrated.

Must have: fluent spoken English that a US law-firm owner understands on the first call. Real GoHighLevel experience (used it with clients). Client-facing CS, account management, or hospitality background. 

Warm, high energy, camera-on. A heavy accent we have to work to follow is a no.

US hours. Full-time. Latin America.

Job Responsibilities

• Account-manage a book of US law-firm clients after go-live
• Run a weekly pulse so nobody wonders where things stand
• Reply fast, stay calm when something breaks, and close the loop
• Use GoHighLevel daily (CRM, conversations, calendars, pipelines). You already know it. You are not the GHL engineer
• Spot when a client is happy or stuck and bring the right person in
• Show up on camera. Loom is how we work

Job Requirements

• Fluent spoken English. A US law-firm owner understands you on the first call. A heavy accent is a no
• Real GoHighLevel experience. You have used it with clients, not watched a tutorial
• 2+ years client-facing customer success, account management, or hospitality
• Warm, high energy, hard to ignore on a call
• At least 6 hours overlap with 9am–6pm EST, every weekday
• Camera-on. You record Looms without being asked twice
• Based in Latin America
• No degree required. This is not a builder or automations seat
