Hi I'm Owen, co-founder of Eastman Strategies (eastmanads.com). We're a US digital marketing agency for home-service contractors. We build their websites, run their SEO, and generate the leads that keep their crews busy.
We're hiring a Client Success Manager — the person who owns our client relationships so our clients stay happy, get results, and stay with us for years. You'll work directly with me and our team. This is a long-term, permanent seat with real growth: as our client base grows, you'd be first in line to lead client success.
Compensation: $1,600/month base + a monthly retention bonus of up to $200 + 10% commission on any upgrades you sell to existing clients. Realistic all-in: $1,700–$2,000/month. Paid twice monthly (1st and 15th).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm US Eastern. Stable hours, no night shift.
To apply, answer the two application questions — applications without the video will not be reviewed.
How to apply: Record a 1–2 minute video introducing yourself and telling me why you're a fit for this role. Start your video by saying the phrase "concrete results." Upload it to Loom, Google Drive, or YouTube (unlisted) and paste the link in the application questions. Applications without the video will not be reviewed.
Run onboarding calls with new clients: collect their information, logins, and Google Business Profile access
Run launch calls: walk clients through everything we built for them
Hold monthly check-in calls with every client and send recap notes
Be the main point of contact — respond to client emails, texts, and calls the same business day
Monitor each client's results in GoHighLevel (leads, appointments, booked jobs) and flag problems before the client notices
Keep our client health tracker updated (green / yellow / red) and coordinate with our fulfillment side so nothing slips
De-escalate concerns fast and keep clients confident
Once trained: offer upgrades and prepay plans to your clients (you earn 10% of what you collect)
Advanced spoken and written English — you'll be on the phone and Zoom with US business owners every day
2+ years in a client-facing role: customer success, account management, support, or sales
Comfortable on camera and confident on the phone with people you've never met
Organized and consistent — you follow through, document your work, and never let a client go quiet
Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a backup plan for outages
Comfortable learning software (we use GoHighLevel — experience with it is a plus, but we'll train you)
Bonus points: experience with US home-service businesses or digital marketing agencies
