This role is hands-on. You are not just “checking in” — you are guiding, correcting, and pushing clients toward results.Must be bilingual: English & Spanish (spoken and written).

You do NOT need to be a media buyer agency-level expert — but you must understand Facebook Ads well enough to guide clients confidently and correctly.

Client Onboarding & Success
Lead all new client onboarding calls (English & Spanish)
Set clear expectations around timelines, effort, and results
Ensure clients fully understand ATMA’s systems and processIdentify client bottlenecks early and address them fast
Hold clients accountable to execution (ads, creatives, offers, budgets)
Facebook Ads Support (Primary Scope)
Help clients set up Facebook ad accounts properly
Guide clients through:Campaign structure
Audience setup
Budgeting
Creative strategy
Tracking basics
Review campaigns and provide actionable feedback
Troubleshoot common ad issues (disapprovals, low spend, poor performance)
Help clients optimize toward:
Lower CPBC / CPL
Higher booking volume
Profitable campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proven experience running or managing Facebook ad campaigns
Strong understanding of:
Lead generation funnels
Campaign setup & optimization
Ad performance metrics (CPL, CPBC, CTR, ROAS basics)
Experience onboarding and managing clients
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable holding clients accountable
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience in:
Business funding
Credit repair
Coaching or consulting programs
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Slack, Monday, or similar tools
Experience working with Hispanic / Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs
