Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist

Full Job Description

Principal Acres is looking for a motivated Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist to contact property owners across the United States and identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities. 

The successful candidate will generate and qualify leads and pass interested property owners to the acquisitions team.

Job Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to property owners using provided lead lists.
• Introduce Principal Acres and build rapport with property owners.
• Identify owners who may be interested in selling their property.
• Ask questions to understand the property, owner motivation and potential selling timeframe.
• Qualify potential leads and pass interested prospects to the acquisitions team.
• Record calls, lead information and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested property owners when required.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous cold calling, telemarketing, sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Persistent, organised and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not essential.
