What You'll Do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls (1,000+ dials per day) to potential land sellers, presenting our services and building rapport.

• Use scripts to effectively communicate our value proposition and confidently handle objections.

• Set appointments for our sales team with qualified leads who are interested in selling their land.

• Accurately log call details and outcomes in our CRM system, ensuring clear and detailed tracking.

• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve your sales skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

• Be the first point of contact, making a strong and positive impression of our company to potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of cold calling experience is REQUIRED.

• Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role.

• Outstanding verbal communication and persuasion skills.

• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.

• Proficiency with CRM software and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout the day.

Bonuses & Incentives:

• Attendance Bonus: $50 for perfect monthly attendance.

• Top Performer Bonuses: Up to $100 each month.

• Lead Production Bonus: $50 for 1 closed lead, $200 for 2 closed leads, and $500 for 3 closed leads per month.

• Long-Term Bonus: 10% bonus at the end of Year 1 and Year 2 based on performance.

• Dialer Uptime Bonus: Keep your dialer time at 90% or higher for additional bonuses.
