About usMMC Home Solutions buys houses directly from homeowners in Greenville, South Carolina. We've been doing it since 2017, about 250 deals so far. We're a small, remote team, and the owner works directly with every hire.The role: two jobs in oneProspecting. Every Monday you get about 50 houses, and each one is there for a reason: a foreclosure notice, an inherited house, a vacant property, back taxes. We pick them from the lists where homes actually sell to investors, so your calls turn into real conversations. One call to each house a day, Monday to Friday, with a real voicemail and a text. You'll also take the inbound calls from our direct mail.Lead management, the part that matters most. Every homeowner who shows interest becomes your lead. You find out why they'd sell, when, the condition of the house and what they need from a deal. You keep every follow-up on time in our CRM for as long as it takes, then hand them to the owner when they're ready for an offer. You never quote prices; the owner makes the offers.How we workDaily call review with the owner for your first month: one strength, one fix. No screen monitoring. Clear numbers that you own.Pay$1,600 USD a month plus $750 for every closed deal from a lead you generated or managed ($1,000 per deal from the 3rd deal in a month), after a 30-day paid trial at $300 USD a week. The deal bonus applies from day one. Paid in USD through Wise.To applyEmail your resume to [email protected] with the subject line "Conversations Not Scripts" (without the quotation marks). That's all you need for now. We'll email you back with detailed application steps.Applications by email only. No DMs, please.

Job Responsibilities

• Every follow-up done on time, no overdue tasks
• Conversations, not scripts

Day to day

• Call each of your ~50 weekly houses once a day, Monday to Friday, with a real voicemail and a text
• Take the inbound calls from our direct mail
• Find out why each interested homeowner would sell, when, the condition of the house and what they need from a deal
• Keep every follow-up on time in our CRM for as long as it takes
• Hand ready sellers to the owner for an offer (you never quote prices)

Job Requirements

• To be based in Latin America (expats living in LatAm are welcome)
• Real experience cold calling homeowners for a US real estate investor
• Experience following up with seller leads, not just setting appointments
• Clear, natural English an American homeowner understands easily
• Full time, Monday to Friday. Core hours 10 am to 7 pm US Eastern. Sellers come first: if one asks for a call at 8 am or 9 pm, you make that call, and you adjust the rest of your day around it.
