We’re looking for a confident and persistent cold caller to sell ad placements on these high-impact marketing postcards.

What You’ll Do:

📞 Call local business owners and decision-makers (we provide leads)

🎯 Pitch them on an exclusive ad slot on our 9x12 postcard

💡 Educate them on why this is one of the most cost-effective ways to get new customers

🤝 Close deals & collect payment (we handle the rest!)

📊 Track progress in our CRM

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Prior cold calling or B2B sales experience (marketing/advertising sales is a plus)

✅ Confidence talking to small business owners and handling objections

✅ Ability to make 100+ calls per day and close deals over the phone

✅ Self-motivated & commission-driven – we reward top performers!

✅ Basic understanding of local business marketing needs

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect & Cold Call Local Businesses – Reach out to small business owners and decision-makers to introduce them to our 9x12 co-op postcard advertising system.
• Educate & Sell – Explain the benefits of shared direct mail marketing, highlighting the low cost, high visibility, and exclusivity of our postcard slots.
• Handle Objections – Confidently address concerns, demonstrate value, and close deals over the phone.
• Follow Up & Nurture Leads – Engage with interested prospects through calls, texts, and emails to secure commitments.
• Process Sales & Payments – Collect payment details and ensure businesses are set up for their ad placement.
• Track & Report Progress – Keep accurate records of calls, responses, and sales in our CRM system.
• Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Consistently hit daily and weekly goals for calls, conversions, and revenue.

Job Requirements

• Experience in cold calling or sales (B2B sales preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills – comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated and results-driven – ability to work independently and close deals.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue calling with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising (preferred, but not required).
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and following up with leads.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
