We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Cold Caller / Recruiter with a strong background in Software Engineering or Civil Engineering to join our growing team!

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in cold calling, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Background in Software Engineering or Civil Engineering – highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates and conducting outreach calls.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and lead generation tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
