About the Client:

Wellness Code is a dedicated medical clinic and wellness center focused on providing exceptional care and support to our patients. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cold Caller/Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in connecting with potential clients and supporting our administrative functions. We are looking for a part-time Cold Caller/Admin Assistant to work 4 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 2 PM CST. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and CRM management, specifically with Go High Level. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to both warm and cold leads to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Set appointments effectively, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
• Manage CRM system (Go High Level) to track interactions and follow-up actions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, sending reminders, and other clerical duties.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with leads and internal team members.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
• Experienced with CRM management, particularly Go High Level.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Quick responsiveness during the hiring process is essential.
