Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads and set appointments through cold calling. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. You will be paid 5-8$ an hour, depending on your qualifications. In addition, you receive a 5$ bonus for every lead you schedule and an additional 100$ for every deal closed from your leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Navigate platforms to search for prospective clients.
• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners associations, property management companies, property owners.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects.
• Be open to learning the basics of roofing sales and roofing products.
• Set appointments for our field sales team.
• Must commit to a minimum of 5 hours a day of cold calling.
• Must speak fluent EnglishMust have little to no accent while speaking English.
• Have access to a computer and phone
• Must have a basic understanding of a computer.
• Must be available to work from the hours between 9am-5pm EST
