Full Job Description

At Nova Codes, we build custom AI receptionists and websites with GoHighLevel for small business owners who are stuck doing everything themselves.

This is a cold calling SDR role — pure and simple. Lists are provided. Scripts are provided. Your job is to pick up the phone, work the list, follow the script, and book 15-minute discovery calls with small business owners who have repetitive tasks eating their week. No prospecting, no list-building, no emails, no CRM juggling. Just calls.

Compensation is $50 per showed appointment. We set you up to win from day one with a Script & Objection Handling Playbook, a power dialer with built-in call notes (so you're talking, not clicking), Calendly for booking, curated call lists of small business owners, Discord/Slack for team comms, and 1:1 coaching.

Job Responsibilities

Make cold calls daily from provided lists of small business owners (target: 300 dials per day)

Follow our scripts and objection-handling frameworks

Book qualified 15-minute discovery calls via Calendly

Log call notes directly in the dialer as you go

Attend daily standups and weekly coaching sessions

End each day with a debrief and a game plan for tomorrow

Job Requirements

Warm, human phone presence

Comfortable talking to small business owners in plain English (no tech jargon needed — the offer is explained simply on purpose)

Unshaken by rejection and able to keep the energy up call after call

Disciplined — hits daily call targets (300 dials) without being micromanaged

Coachable — wants feedback and actually applies it
