We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly communicative Customer Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers across phone, email, and text. This person will represent all three brands with professionalism and warmth — answering questions, resolving issues, and helping customers have an exceptional experience from order to delivery.What You’ll Do
Answer all incoming calls, emails, and text messages from customers across our three brands.
Provide helpful, accurate information on products, orders, shipping, and policies.
Assist customers with order issues such as missing items, refunds, or replacements.
Document customer interactions clearly and follow up to ensure resolution.
Route business, wholesale, or media inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Learn each brand’s tone and product line to communicate authentically and effectively.
Support the team with additional administrative or communication-related tasks as needed.
Who You Are
Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable handling multiple conversations across phone, email, and text simultaneously.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage time well in a remote environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Open to learning — full training will be provided on our systems and processes.
