Full Job Description

All Star Auto Body is hiring a Bilingual Community Manager & Content Creator in Cancún to create social media content that attracts potential customers and converts leads into collision repair claims.

The role includes creating and posting content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, recording Reels and promotional videos, responding to messages and comments, following up with leads, and working with the sales team to help close claims. Candidates should be creative, sales-focused, organized, confident on camera, and fluent in English and Spanish. The position is 50% remote and 50% on-site.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Record Reels, videos, live content, and promotions.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and help convert them into claims.
• Work with the sales team to generate and close opportunities.
• Track social media performance and suggest new ideas.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong content creation, video, and social media skills.
• Confident speaking and appearing on camera.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and results-driven.
• Must be able to work 50% remote and 50% on-site in Cancún.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, camera, and headset required.
• Must remain connected to Google Meet during scheduled remote working hours.
