We are hiring a Community Manager (Campaign Role) to run and energize a large-scale online community (10,000+ participants) during an upcoming campaign.
This is not a passive moderation role.
This is a high-energy, sales-adjacent role where your ability to engage, guide conversations, and identify buying intent directly impacts revenue.
You will be responsible for creating momentum inside the community, keeping engagement high, and helping turn warm participants into booked calls with our sales team.
• Welcome and engage new members daily (high-touch, not generic)
• Drive daily conversations and engagement inside the community
• Answer questions quickly and clearly, escalating when needed
• Identify and surface warm leads and buying signals in real-time
• Guide engaged members toward booking calls (without being pushy)
• Manage live chat during campaign events (fast, organized, on point)
• Post replays, links, and next steps immediately after events
• Track and report daily engagement + notable activity
• Maintain high energy and momentum throughout the campaign
• Experience managing large online communities (5,000+ preferred)
• Strong sales or lead conversion experience (THIS IS KEY)
• Ability to recognize buying signals and act on them quickly
• Excellent written communication (clear, confident, fast)
• Highly organized and reliable during live events
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
• Fluent English (C1+ required)
