In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering several incoming calls and messages, gathering relevant information, and scheduling appointments across multiple providers and locations. You’ll navigate complex scheduling software, coordinate care thoughtfully, and help ensure clients are matched with appropriate services in a timely and supportive way. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction.
Advanced language skills and calling/scheduling experience required.
