Full Job Description

The Construction Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning maintenance projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. As a project coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various vendors to ensure smooth execution and keep high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask.

• Decision-making ability.

• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.

• Vendor management experience.

WARNINGS:

• We terminate immediately due to these violations.

• Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.
