EstiMate is a fast-growing SaaS platform and Chrome extension that helps real estate investors analyze properties up to 20x faster by automating underwriting and ROI calculations directly on property listings. Our product removes the need for spreadsheets and manual analysis, helping investors make confident decisions quickly.We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to help bring EstiMate’s story, product, and educational content to life across short-form and long-form video. This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern content performs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos that educate and convert.

Job Responsibilities

You will edit short-form vertical content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, as well as long-form videos including YouTube content, product demos, and tutorials. This includes cutting footage, adding captions, motion elements, b-roll, sound design, and pacing edits optimized for attention and clarity.You’ll also help repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips, collaborate closely with the founder on creative direction, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance. The goal is to consistently produce polished, on-brand content that communicates EstiMate’s value clearly and keeps viewers engaged.

Job Requirements

Strong experience editing short-form and long-form video is required, with a clear understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention-focused storytelling. You should be proficient in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and comfortable creating subtitles and on-screen text that enhance viewer engagement.Bonus skills include experience editing SaaS, startup, or educational content; familiarity with real estate or investing topics; and a solid understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends. We value editors who can think creatively, suggest improvements to structure or flow, and adapt content to feel native on each platform.
