What We’re Looking For:

We are expanding our marketing team to enhance our multimedia content strategy and online presence. We are seeking a full-time Content Marketing Specialist to create compelling content for our video marketing, online courses, social media, and other digital platforms. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the leadership team, including the firm's owner, operations manager, and video editor, to drive forward our content initiatives and marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with our brand and business objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content distribution strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
• Experience: 2-3 years in content creation, digital marketing, or related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Advanced English, Intermediate Spanish, strong writing and editing skills, familiarity with Adobe Suite, basic web design, and proficiency in presentation tools.
• Characteristics: Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

The Interview Process:

Candidates will undergo an initial interview, followed by a content creation test, and a final interview with the leadership team. Our goal is to fill this position by the end of the month, but we are flexible for outstanding candidates. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
