Content Specialist / Admin Assistant - Wordpress

Full Job Description

Net Influencer, a thriving influencer marketing media company with market-leading newsletter focusing on the influencer marketing space, is offering a position as a Content Specialist for WordPress websites (mainly for website uploading and multimedia editing) and other media and admin tasks.

Responsibilities and duties:

-Upload all content to our WordPress-based websites in an accurate and timely manner.

-Help improve our website SEO performance.

-Help manage all the content on our websites and social media.

-Basic graphic design work.

-Help managing a group of writers, assigning stories, deliveries and payments.

-Other general administrative tasks.

Job requirements:

-Can work independently with high efficiency without much supervision;

-Willing to learn and self-driven, with strong attention to detail, and strict in meeting deadlines to deliver projects;

-Positive attitude and good communication skills while working within the team as well as with external parties;

-Fluency in English with good writing skills or editorial experience is a big plus.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and the Google Suite of apps.

-Knowledge of WordPress is required, and relevant certificate holders are preferred;

-Basic Knowledge in digital marketing (mainly Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media), relevant certificate holders are preferred;
