Position: Corporate Administrative Assistant / Recruiter (Remote| U.S. Company)
Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hrs./week)
Monday – Friday
8:45 AM – 5:45 PM CST (1-hour lunch)
Compensation:
$7.50/hour
Overview
We are a U.S.-based company seeking a high-level Corporate Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to support daily operations across sales, recruiting, operations, and client management.
This is not a basic administrative role. You must be able to multitask at a high level, think critically, communicate professionally in English, and perform under pressure.
You will be working directly with leadership and handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (invoicing)
- Recruit and onboard service providers, employees, and contractors
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations
- Support daily operations and problem-solving
- Handle calls, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized documentation, reports, and files
- Assist with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously throughout the day
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED
- Minimum 4–5 years experience in administrative, operations, or sales support roles
- Experience working with corporate clients, contractors, or service providers
- Strong understanding of:
- Sales processes
- Operations
- Contracts and agreements
- Advanced multitasking ability (critical for this role)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
- Professional attitude, strong common sense, and high accountability
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Must provide a minimum of 5 professional references (recent and verifiable)
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Required
- CRM Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce (Preferred)
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
