Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve company goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and sales.
• Develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy, tailored to target audiences and campaign objectives.
• Conduct audience research to identify and target key demographics and interests.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Test and implement various ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Stay current with Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition.
• Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide recommendations for landing page optimizations to improve conversion rates.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
