Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling social media content across multiple platforms
• Develop innovative content ideas that align with current social media trends
• Design visually appealing graphics that maintain brand consistency
• Respond to comments and DMs
• Build and maintain an engaged community
• Monitor and stay ahead of social media trends and best practices
• Contribute creative ideas for client content strategies
• Collaborate with the manager and other members to execute marketing campaigns
• Manage content calendars and scheduling
• Write engaging blog posts that resonate with the target audience
• Create newsletters that keep client’s audiences engaged

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong eye for design and visual aesthetics
• Basic graphic design skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• 1-2 years of content creation experience (can be from their own passion projects if no work experience)
• Portfolio of creative work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of social media analytics
• Content planning and scheduling experience
• Video editing skills
