Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing & Project Coordinator with strong copywriting, design, and customer service skills to join our growing team.You’ll work across marketing, client communication, and internal operations—helping produce on-brand creative content, manage small projects, and assist with client or guest inquiries.This is a long-term position for someone who is proactive, reliable, and skilled in both creative and operational work.

Job Responsibilities

Write compelling, clear, and engaging copy for social media, websites, ads, and emails

Design and create marketing materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Manage marketing and design projects from concept to delivery

Communicate with clients, customers, or guests in a professional and friendly manner

Coordinate with internal team members (marketing, operations, and management) to ensure projects run smoothly

Organize and track project progress using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana

Collaborate with the director on marketing strategies and creative campaigns

Assist with day-to-day operations related to short-term rental management (training provided if needed)

Job Requirements

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Copywriting: Excellent written English with experience writing marketing copy (ads, posts, emails, or web content)

Graphic Design: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Customer Service: Experience dealing with clients or customers in a professional environment (written and verbal)

Project Management: Able to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana

Preferred / Optional Skills

Bookkeeping: Basic experience with invoices, receipts, or accounting software

Short-Term Rental Management: Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms (training will be provided if not)

Social Media or Video Marketing: Familiarity with social media marketing or video editing tools (an advantage)

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent problem-solving abilities
