Credit Optimization Assistant

Full Job Description

As a Credit Optimization Assistant your primary responsibilities will include:

- Onboard new clients and create a credit optimization plans

- Assist the client directly with personal credit optimization questions and tasks

- Ensure optimization tasks are completed in a timely manner 

- Ensure client personal credit profile is fully optimized and reporting prior to application/funding transition

- Ensure proper transition of clients from optimization to funding

- Communicate to team members in a timely manner via slack

- Assist with LLC creation 

- Attend ZIM team meetings

- Attend Optimization team department meetings
