Job Responsibilities

  • Manage booking and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Follow established scripts and processes for consistent customer experience
  • Update and maintain customer data inside CRM systems
  • Handle inbound inquiries and forward complex requests to the correct team
  • Monitor communication channels (phone, email, chat) and ensure fast response times
  • Deliver consistent results under minimal supervision


Job Requirements

  • Fluent English communication with neutral or minimal accent
  • Professional phone presence and active listening skills
  • Stable and reliable internet connection (video-capable)
  • Experience with CRMs or appointment scheduling platforms
  • High attention to detail and task follow-through
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
