Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual CRM Receptionist with strong GoHighLevel experience to support our sales and marketing efforts. This person will be the first point of contact for leads and customers, manage communication across phone, text, email, and CRM, and help ensure every opportunity is followed up on quickly and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, tech savvy, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

- Strong support for both sales and marketing efforts.
- Professional and friendly communication with customers in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and web inquiries in English and Spanish.
- Use GoHighLevel daily to manage contacts, pipelines, calendars, tags, notes, workflows, and follow up sequences.
- Qualify leads, gather customer information, and assign or route opportunities appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and follow up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records.
- Support email and SMS marketing campaigns, automations, and lead nurturing efforts.
- Track missed calls, lead response times, and pipeline activity to help improve conversions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and follow through.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel in a business setting.
- Experience in reception, customer service, inside sales, CRM management, or marketing support.
- Strong phone, texting, and email communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with appointment setting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and automations.
- Experience in home services, construction, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus.
