got bugs? Termite & Pest Solutions, one of the leading pest control companies in Atlanta, Georgia, is looking for a proactive virtual CSR/sales representative with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in phone sales and customer service to join our growing team.

As one of the first points of contact for current and prospective customers, you'll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. This is a role where following our process is key to your success. If you can do that while communicating clearly and bringing a friendly, professional attitude to every interaction, you'll fit right in here - and we’ll teach you everything you need to know to thrive in your new role. 

Your primary responsibility will be generating revenue by contacting leads, following up with prospects and closing sales. You'll work from provided lead lists, make outbound calls, educate customers about our services and maintain accurate records in our CRM. You'll also follow up on unsold estimates, schedule inspections and service appointments and identify opportunities to upsell additional services.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you'll answer incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, process payments and ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards our company is known for. And unlike a lot of remote roles where you sign in and nobody talks to you until something goes wrong, we believe in keeping our team connected and engaged. You'll kick off every day with a morning huddle with your department and stay in constant contact throughout the day because even though you're not in the office, you're still very much a part of what drives our success.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
• Follow up with leads and unsold estimates to encourage conversions
• Educate potential customers about got bugs? services and pricing
• Schedule inspections and service appointments
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to online inquiries, emails and texts promptly and professionally
• Process payments and follow up on delinquent or expired accounts
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services
• Input and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM
• Participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings

Job Requirements

• Available to work Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
• Previous phone sales and customer service experience required
• Home services, pest control, roofing, HVAC, plumbing or similar industry experience preferred
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English in a way that is easily understood by our customers
• Experience using CRM software
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail and the ability to manage lead follow-up effectively
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable participating in daily team huddles and maintaining consistent communication with the team
