Looking for a fully bilingual in Spanish and English person to serve as Customer Service Specialist at our vibrant and growing immigration law firm. The right candidate will have customer service experience, some sales experience, and love talking to people on the phone and developing rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be available full time 9 am to 6 pm EST with a one hour break for lunch and be a team player, willing to help customers and other team members. The person would start out in Intake and answering phones and calling leads back for payment and may also train over to assist in marketing or with immigration forms as the team grows.
Handle incoming telephone calls from clients and prospects and help schedule them with the attorney; keep track of data from calls in our CRM; use marketing software and project management software to keep up with client notes and leads; follow up with leads; learn and use sales strategies to convince leads to open cases with the law firm; provide customer service to all level of clients.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken. Needs to work full time 40 hours per week 9 am to 6 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break. Must be a team player and have a great attitude and customer service skills. Needs to have reliable and fast internet connection with a battery backup in case power outage and a backup location to go if there are interruptions in your internet service for any reason. Cannot have any other jobs and be fully committed to the role for a long-term position.
