• Bachelor’s degree in finance economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2years of experience in collections, financial services, or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with financial software systems.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
