Job Responsibilities

  • Collections Management: Effectively manage collections and overdue payments through proactive and strategic customer communication. Utilize a firm yet respectful approach to minimize defaults while maintaining positive customer relationships.·        
  • Customer Relations: Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by providing support, guidance, and education on loan products. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive account management.·        
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, assess risk, and develop targeted collection strategies. Utilize analytical skills to optimize collection processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies while conducting collections activities. Ensure all collections practices are ethical, legal, and in line with industry standards.       
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate reports on collections activities, delinquencies, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates to management on collection performance and trends.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 2years of experience in collections, financial services, or related roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with financial software systems.

• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
