Job Responsibilities

  2. Craft Persuasive Messages: Write compelling emails and messages to drive sales and engagement.
  3. Apply Sales Strategies: Use trained sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
  4. Negotiate Effectively: Address customer concerns with confidence to close deals.
  5. Upsell Strategically: Recommend tailored solutions to enhance customer experiences.
  6. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed KPIs through consistent performance.
  7. Maintain Customer Records: Document interactions accurately in back-office systems.
  8. Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  9. Analyze Customer Feedback: Use insights to improve communication and sales approaches.
  10. Stay Updated on Trends: Learn social media marketing trends to align with agency goals.


Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Writing Skills: Strong ability to craft clear, persuasive, and professional messages in English.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate confidently and address customer needs.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication.
  • Proactive Mindset: Eager to initiate customer interactions and drive sales outcomes.
  • Sales Aptitude: Willingness to learn and apply sales and upselling strategies.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using back-office tools and CRM systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Hours: 40-hour workweek, fully remote, with flexible scheduling.
  • Payroll Structure: $500/month base salary + up to $1,000/month in performance-based commissions.
