As a Customer Scheduling Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our potential customers. Your main responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, scheduling sales appointments, and making outbound calls to past clients and leads as part of our reactivation campaigns. This is a fully remote role where you’ll play a key part in helping our sales team stay organized and productive.
Answer inbound phone calls and respond to voicemail messages promptly and professionally
Schedule sales appointments using our internal calendar and CRM system
Make outbound calls to past customers and previous leads to re-engage them for future projects
Provide basic information about our services and current promotions
Confirm and update customer information in our system
Coordinate with our sales team to ensure efficient appointment coverage
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (a friendly, clear phone voice is essential)
Confidence and professionalism when making outbound calls
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsPrevious experience in customer service, appointment setting, or call center roles preferred
Comfortable using scheduling tools and CRM software (experience with Airtable, HubSpot, or similar is a plus)
Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
