Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

*Answer incoming phone calls, call back clients, data entering

*Schedule appointments into CRM system

*Take care of client complaints and concerns

*Respond to all the emails, text messages, and voicemails

*Type in data into Google Sheets and Excel

*Scan documents into Google drive

*Communicate with production team

*Handle Client complaints
