Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Customer Service and Operations Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is central to our operations, involving handling inbound leads, driving sales, managing customer billing and payments, scheduling logistics, and coordinating with our drivers and partners. The ideal candidate excels in communication, has a great attitude, is receptive to feedback, is sales-oriented yet customer-focused, learns quickly, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the company owners.

Working Hours & Expectations:

  • This is a full-time remote position requiring approximately 30-40 hours per week.
  • The schedule includes half a day on weekdays and a full day on Saturday (aligning with Los Angeles/Pacific Time business hours).
  • High responsiveness during working hours is critical.
  • Must maintain a professional remote work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for VoIP calls.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay is $8.00 USD per hour.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries via VoIP, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively communicate service offerings, provide quotes, and convert leads into sales.
  • Nurture relationships with ongoing leads, past clients, and long-term customers.
  • Process customer payments accurately for dumpster rentals.
  • Schedule dumpster deliveries and pickups efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely and maintain clear communication with the company driver regarding schedules and job details.
  • Professionally broker leads for out-of-service-area requests to partner companies.
  • Prepare and send invoices to partner companies who broker orders to our service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, payments, and scheduling using Google Suite and other designated tools.
  • Collaborate effectively and professionally with owners, the driver, and partner company contacts.


Job Requirements

Location: Must reside in Latin America and be comfortable working remotely.

Language: Exceptional (Native or C1/C2 level) verbal and written English fluency is mandatory.

Experience: 1-3 years preferred in Customer Service, Sales, Dispatch, Operations Support, or similar roles. Proven success in CS and/or Sales is a significant advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a charming, customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling/coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets).
  • Experience and comfort using VoIP phone systems.
  • Ability to learn new processes and information quickly.
