About the Opportunity 

Virtually Talent is hiring on behalf of redbox+ Dumpsters, a U.S.-based waste management and dumpster rental company known for reliable service and a customer-first approach. They’re continuing to grow and are looking to add a skilled Customer Service Associate to help manage inbound inquiries, support scheduling and service requests, and ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

Work Schedule

  • Variable hours: 35-50 hours/week
  • $7.75/hour (standard overtime applies)
  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (EST)Shift 2: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Includes alternating Saturdays
  • High Season: March-December (peak activity)
  • Low Season: January-February (reduced activity)


Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound channels including phone, text, and email for orders and support inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and proactively gather Google reviews.
  • Manage the CRM system (GoHighLevel) while ensuring SOP compliance, data accuracy, and best practices.
  • Use Docket scheduling software to support scheduling, calendar coordination, and accounts receivable clearing.
  • Manage customer invoicing processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Provide general administrative and business support as needed.


Job Requirements

Success Is Likely If You…

  • Have experience with Google Maps and with locating addresses. Familiarity with US Highway systems is a plus.
  • Have experience in the Construction Industry. Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and OneDrive)
  • Have basic Excel skills required (e.g. simple formulas, making simple tables for data collection and presentation). Advanced excel skills (e.g. data analysis with vlookups, sumif, pivot tables, etc.) will be a plus. 
  • Bring genuine care and service energy — you believe in turning every customer touchpoint into a moment of trust and connection.
  • Have experience in customer support, loyalty programs, or membership based businesses.
  • Are articulate, calm under pressure, and confident communicating across phone, email, and chat.
  • Are bilingual (English/Spanish) — you see language as a bridge to connect with more customers.
  • Think proactively about retention and loyalty, not just issue resolution.
  • Stay organized and consistent, balancing empathy with efficiency.
  • Enjoy feedback and coaching to keep improving your communication and impact.
  • Are tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems (CRM, ticketing, or POS tools).
