Customer Service & Onboarding Representative (Shipping & Logistics)
We’re a growing shipping aggregation company helping clients save money and optimize logistics. We’re hiring a client-facing Customer Service Rep who can think quickly and solve problems in real time.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries (email/chat/phone)
- Onboarding clients to our tech suite
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, and billing concerns
- Coordinate across multiple carriers to find solutions
- Manage non-standard requests (not everything follows an SOP)
Requirements
- Fluent English (written & spoken) — required
- Fast thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle diverse client requests and complaints
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
Preferred:
- Logistics / shipping experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
