Full Job Description

You'll be the first voice landowners hear when they reach out to us. Your job is to build trust, gather information about their property, and set the foundation for a smooth selling process.

This isn't cold calling or high-pressure sales. These are people who have already expressed interest in selling their land. You'll have warm, helpful conversations that make them feel heard and confident about moving forward. You'll build trust while also learning about their property for our pricing team.

Job Responsibilities

Call & Connect

• Contact landowners who have submitted inquiries through our website
• Make outbound calls during two daily 2-hour windows (morning and afternoon)
• Build rapport and establish trust through professional, friendly conversation

Gather Information

• Ask questions to learn about their property (location, size, access, etc.)
• Understand their situation and timeline for selling
• Take detailed notes in our CRM system

Coordinate with Our Team

• Send complete, accurate property information to our pricing team
• Follow up with landowners as needed
• Keep communication clear and organized

Job Requirements

Language & Communication

• Exceptional English skills (written and spoken) - this is mandatory
• Clear, professional phone presence
• Ability to listen carefully and ask the right questions
• Comfortable having extended phone conversations

Technical Setup

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, professional work environment free from background noise
• Computer capable of running CRM software and making calls
• Backup internet plan in case of outages

Schedule & Availability

• Available for two 2-hour calling blocks each day (morning and afternoon)
• Consistent, dependable schedule
• Ability to manage your time effectively within set calling windows

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining enthusiasm
