Customer Service Representative

Full Job Description

We are looking for someone with a great attitude and perfect English to handle the scheduling of appointments, service orders, and customer relations.  As a client's first point of contact with the company, you'll be expected to be knowledgeable about the company and the services we offer, and uphold our commitment to provide exceptional customer service.   At GK the client is always right!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Answering phone calls, emails, and texts in a prompt and friendly manner.
2. Scheduling appointments and sending confirmation emails.
3. Providing support to the photographers.
4. Invoicing.
5. Uploading pictures.

What do you need for the job?  Computer with high-speed internet access, advanced English, and a great attitude.

7. Flexible schedule

Previous experience in customer service is great but not necessary.

All our operation is based in Houston, so being familiar with the area is a great plus.
