Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and emails, providing timely updates, resolving inquiries, and accurately entering order details into the system
• Monitor shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates, delays, or issues to clients
• Assist clients and prospects with service information, delivery options, pricing, and account-related questions
• Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and escalated when necessary
• Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to stay aligned on delivery status, route changes, and potential disruptions
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and urgency in all customer interactions

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or delivery services
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using CRM systems and tracking tools

Additional Information:

This is a remote full-time position, Monday through Friday role with a consistent schedule. From time to time, additional support may be needed during peak periods (such as evenings, weekends, or holidays). Flexibility in these situations is appreciated.
