Customer Service Representative

Full Job Description

We’re seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative who enjoys building relationships, helping others, solving problems, and new challenges! In this position, you will interact daily with customers by receiving service requests and providing product and service information. 

Perform customer follow up activities. Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, knowledge of customer service skills and practices and excellent interpersonal skills required. This position reflects the personality of the company.

Job Responsibilities

•  Answers the telephone, chats and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
•  Enters service requests into customer management software.
•  Maintains customer records by updating account information.
•  Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
•  Process orders and work closely with the Scheduling, Service and Sales team.
•  Resolve or provide feedback on customer issues or concerns.
•  Be the customer advocate for the organization.
•  Responsible for guiding complaint resolution to ensure proper and satisfactory closing are obtained.
•  Conduct daily customer follow-up calls and receive customer payments.
•  Report any and all out of line conditions affecting customer satisfaction.
•  Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•  Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Available to work Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST
• Previous customer service experience (home services company a plus)
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Familiarity with pest control CRM tools is a huge plus
• Be highly organized with strict attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
