GoodKarrot Photography is looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote position.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, has excellent communication skills, and is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (CT)
Weekends: Rotational schedule — one weekend on, two weekends off (repeating)
Schedule photography appointments with clients
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
Follow up with unresponsive or pending clients
Maintain accurate client information and schedules
Provide excellent customer service and support at all times
Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in customer service or appointment setting (preferred)
Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho (preferred)
Proficient in Google tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
100% stable and reliable internet connection (required)
Take a proactive approach to client follow-ups and problem-solving
