Full Job Description

This position requires someone to have a good at-home workspace and work computer to communicate with. The candidate must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing.

This position is 9:00AM - 6:00PM US Central time Monday - Friday.

9:00AM - 7:00PM is also available for those wanting more hours.

Candidates for this position can expect to be taking inbound and outbound calls to clients who need to schedule appointments, or provide information on services.

This is a long term position. Workbright is a BPO company, and the client we are actively prospecting for is an expanding business who is rapidly gaining business and growing every day.

Job Responsibilities

Taking calls, contacting clients to schedule appoints or provide information. Collect data and record. Help in translation from Spanish to English.

Job Requirements

Be able to work full time. Have reliable working equipment and a quiet work environment. Translate effectively from Spanish to English, or English to Spanish. Have a positive attitude and show sympathy for clients.
