We're looking for a high-performing Customer Success & Operations Manager who can take the reins of our day-to-day operations. This person will be the right hand to the founders—a proactive, organized, and accountable leader who ensures client satisfaction, keeps projects on track, and empowers the team to deliver consistent results.This is a mission-critical role: you are the operational heartbeat of Reclutas Digitales.

Proactive and comfortable making decisions
Experienced in remote work and fast-paced environments
Requirements
3+ years in customer success, operations, or project management roles
Strong experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion)
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Experience in the recruitment or digital agency space is a plus
Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency
