Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly personable Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. 

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, helping clients achieve their goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is fluent or native in English, highly empathetic, proactive, organized, and capable of managing client relationships with professionalism and confidence. 

You will act as the bridge between our clients and our internal team, ensuring customers remain satisfied, engaged, and successful throughout their journey with us.

Experience with GoHighLevel, digital marketing services, lead generation, or home service businesses is a strong advantage.


Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and trust.
  • Conduct onboarding calls and ensure clients have a smooth start.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
  • Help clients understand and maximize the value of our services.
  • Track client goals, progress, and key performance indicators.
  • Manage expectations and communicate updates clearly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution.


Job Requirements

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong rapport-building and relationship-management abilities.
  • Exceptional empathy and active listening skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Reliable, professional, and accountable.
