We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who can help customers quickly, clearly, and confidently.In this role, you’ll communicate with customers through calls, text, and email to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide them to solutions. You’ll work closely with our internal team to make sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.This is a fast-paced role where you’ll handle multiple conversations at once, follow up consistently, and take full ownership of customer issues from start to finish. You’ll also help identify common problems and improve how we support customers over time.Your role is critical to keeping customers happy, reducing issues, and helping the business grow through strong communication and support.
Respond to customer inquiries via call, text, and emailTroubleshoot issues and guide customers step-by-step to solutionsAsk for screenshots or videos when needed to diagnose problemsFollow up with customers until issues are fully resolvedKeep notes and update customer information in the systemEscalate issues when needed with clear detailsMaintain fast response times and clear communicationProvide a friendly and professional customer experienceIdentify repeat issues and report them to improve processesAsk satisfied customers for reviews when appropriate
