Full Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our growing team at Prestige Medical Supply, a U.S.-based medical supply company.

You’ll be assisting our operations coordinator with entering sales data into our system, double-checking information for accuracy, and making sure all records are clean and up-to-date.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, consistency, and catching small errors before they become big ones.

Job Responsibilities

• Input daily sales data into our system accurately and efficiently.
• Verify information for accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate with the team regarding any discrepancies or missing data.
• Assist with administrative and data-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong English communication (both written and verbal).
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work with minimal supervision.
• Must have the following equipment: reliable and fast computer or laptop, stable internet connection, headset and webcam (for meetings), and a smartphone (for quick communication).
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
