Responsibilities:
• Assist with data entry and management of property records
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records
• Answer phone calls and emails, providing bilingual support (Spanish/English)
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of appointments
• Support daily administrative needs and general office tasks
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of data and financial information
Requirements:
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or similar administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with basic accounting software or Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Must be available to work within CST time zone
