We're building the most emotionally resonant hospitality company in the branded space, and we're looking for a remote demand-focused marketer who can turn our culture and performance into visibility, trust, and revenue.Your North Star You'll be the first full-cycle marketer to directly drive revenue across three priority streams:More direct bookings (especially from business travelers)More corporate and extended stay leads More hotel owners choosing Pathfinder as their third-party operator
Direct Booking Growth (SEO, OTA & GMB Optimization): Own and optimize all OTA and Google listings (Booking.com, Expedia, GMB) by combining keyword strategy, compelling visuals, AI-powered A/B testing, and on-property storytelling to increase visibility and conversion.
Corporate Demand Generation & Prospect Outreach: Identify and engage high-intent corporate and extended stay prospects by sourcing leads through Apollo and LinkedIn, launching outbound messages and warm-ups, tracking leads in a lightweight CRM, and building reusable drip templates and messaging for the sales team to deploy directly.
Proposals and Sales Enablement: Elevate proposal win rates by creating story-driven templates, personalized follow-ups, industry-specific decks, and LinkedIn content that empowers GMs, salespeople, and the Pathfinder brand to influence and close.
Reputation & Review Strategy: Build and manage a portfolio-wide review generation playbook, craft emotionally resonant response templates, and transform standout Peak Moments into public-facing guest stories that boost reputation and trust.
Hotel Owner Acquisition Support: Drive Pathfinder's growth by researching target hotel owners and brokers, crafting "Why Pathfinder" case studies, and launching outbound campaigns that position us as the management partner of choice.
