Your North Star

  • You'll be the first full-cycle marketer focused on directly driving revenue across three priority streams:
  • Increasing direct bookings (especially from business travelers)
  • Generating more corporate and extended stay leads
  • Attracting more hotel owners to choose Pathfinder as their third-party operator

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

-Direct Booking Growth (SEO, OTA & GMB Optimization)

Own and optimize all OTA and Google listings (Booking.com, Expedia, Google Business Profiles) by combining keyword strategy, compelling visuals, AI-powered A/B testing, and on-property storytelling to increase both visibility and conversion.

-Corporate Demand Generation & Prospect Outreach

Identify and engage high-intent corporate and extended stay prospects by sourcing leads through Apollo and LinkedIn, launching outbound campaigns and warm-ups, tracking leads in a lightweight CRM, and building reusable drip templates and messaging that the sales team can deploy directly.

-Proposals and Sales Enablement

Elevate proposal win rates by creating story-driven templates, personalized follow-ups, industry-specific decks, and LinkedIn content that empowers GMs, salespeople, and the Pathfinder brand to influence and close more deals.

-Reputation & Review Strategy

Design and manage a portfolio-wide review-generation playbook. Craft emotionally resonant response templates and transform standout Peak Moments into public-facing guest stories that enhance our reputation and build trust.

-Hotel Owner Acquisition Support

Support Pathfinder’s growth with hotel owners by researching target owners and brokers, crafting “Why Pathfinder” case studies, and launching outbound campaigns that position us as the management partner of choice.


Job Requirements

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with 3+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B/B2C marketing, or hospitality sales enablement, ideally with exposure to hotel, travel, or real estate
  • Skilled in tools like Apollo, Jasper, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Canva, and Google Business Profiles, or a fast learner who can quickly adopt new platforms.
  • A persuasive storyteller who can translate data, guest feedback, and property wins into compelling, conversion-ready messaging.
  • Comfortable executing light outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn DMs, drips) on behalf of GMs or brands.
  • Curious, resourceful, and motivated by performance, you care less about vanity metrics and more about impact: bookings made, leads converted, owners engaged.
  • Confident working remotely with minimal oversight, yet eager to collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Ownership.
  • Bonus: Experience with branded hotel environments, franchise groups, or third-party hotel management.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With (or Quick to Learn)

  • Google Business Profiles; Booking.com / Expedia extranets
  • Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead tools
  • Canva or Figma for decks and visual storytelling
  • ChatGPT or Jasper for content creation and iteration
  • Basic CRM workflows and lead tracking
