Key Responsibilities
-Direct Booking Growth (SEO, OTA & GMB Optimization)
Own and optimize all OTA and Google listings (Booking.com, Expedia, Google Business Profiles) by combining keyword strategy, compelling visuals, AI-powered A/B testing, and on-property storytelling to increase both visibility and conversion.
-Corporate Demand Generation & Prospect Outreach
Identify and engage high-intent corporate and extended stay prospects by sourcing leads through Apollo and LinkedIn, launching outbound campaigns and warm-ups, tracking leads in a lightweight CRM, and building reusable drip templates and messaging that the sales team can deploy directly.
-Proposals and Sales Enablement
Elevate proposal win rates by creating story-driven templates, personalized follow-ups, industry-specific decks, and LinkedIn content that empowers GMs, salespeople, and the Pathfinder brand to influence and close more deals.
-Reputation & Review Strategy
Design and manage a portfolio-wide review-generation playbook. Craft emotionally resonant response templates and transform standout Peak Moments into public-facing guest stories that enhance our reputation and build trust.
-Hotel Owner Acquisition Support
Support Pathfinder’s growth with hotel owners by researching target owners and brokers, crafting “Why Pathfinder” case studies, and launching outbound campaigns that position us as the management partner of choice.
