We’re a Las Vegas-based photo activation company creating clean, modern, branded graphics for events and marketing campaigns.We’re hiring a remote Graphic Design Coordinator in Latin America for an ongoing part-time role, approximately 15–20 hours per week, with room to grow.This role combines production design work with light social media content creation.Our design workload is consistent but comes in throughout the week based on client timelines. During slower periods, you’ll shift to supporting our marketing team with social media content.You’ll help with:• Customizing photo booth overlays and photo strip templates• Adding client logos, names, dates, and event details to existing designs• Creating simple start screens and microsite background graphics• Preparing client-ready mockups and final files• Creating simple, clean social media graphics from event content• Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using provided clips• Supporting our marketing manager with ongoing content needs• Communicating with clients about graphic details, revisions, and approvals over timeOur style is clean, minimal, polished, and modern.Not flashy, cluttered, overly trendy, or template-heavy.This role is a strong fit for someone who:• Has solid graphic design fundamentals• Communicates clearly and professionally in English• Is organized, responsive, and dependable• Can follow direction closely without overdesigning• Is comfortable switching between structured design tasks and content work• Can eventually be trusted to communicate directly with clients by emailImportant:This is not a highly creative “blank canvas” role.We value consistency, attention to detail, and clean execution over flashy design.To apply, please include:A portfolio showing clean, modern design work2–3 examples of social media graphics or short-form contentA short video introduction, 1–2 minutesPlease include:• Your design experience• The tools you use• Your level of spoken English• Your typical working hoursIn your message, include the word “minimal” so we know you read the full post.Applications without a portfolio and video introduction will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Customize photo booth overlays and templates with client-provided details (names, dates, logos, branding)

• Maintain clean alignment, spacing, and consistency across all designs

• Prepare client-ready mockups and final print/web files

• Create simple, polished start screens and microsite background graphics• Follow existing brand styles closely without adding unnecessary design elements• Communicate with clients via email to gather details, confirm changes, and deliver proofs

• Manage revisions efficiently and keep projects moving forward without delays

• Organize and track multiple projects at different stages (new requests, revisions, approvals, final delivery)

• Support social media content creation:  – Create clean graphic posts from event photos  – Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using provided clips  – Maintain a consistent visual style across content

• Work closely with internal team members (design + marketing) to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

• Proactively flag missing information, inconsistencies, or potential issues before they become problems

• Keep detailed notes

• Demonstrate impeccable organization

• Send and review client forms

• Communicate with clients to ensure their graphic vision is realized

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of clean, modern design (spacing, alignment, typography, hierarchy)

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar

• Ability to follow existing design styles closely without over-designing or adding unnecessary elements

• Strong written English and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients

• Comfortable managing multiple small projects at once and keeping work organized

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work consistently during agreed hours

• Availability with overlap in US business hours (Pacific Time preferred)

• Ability to work independently, ask clear questions when needed, and complete tasks without constant supervision

• Comfortable handling revisions and feedback without frustration
