From producing visuals for marketing campaigns to fine-tuning webpages and digital assets, you’ll play a key role in turning strategy into execution and bringing ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

As a Design Production Assistant, you’ll collaborate with our design and marketing teams to execute production-level creative work across digital platforms. You’ll balance brand consistency with fresh visual thinking and play a supporting role in keeping web and marketing assets polished and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design – Design visual content for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and client deliverables.

• Web Design Support – Assist in implementing and maintaining visual layouts and design elements within websites (using CMS tools and no-code platforms).

• Content Production – Create infographics, digital banners, custom icons, and branded assets aligned with campaign goals.

• Brand Consistency – Support execution of brand style guides across all assets.

• Ongoing Design Support – Help the creative team execute quick-turn design requests for active client projects and internal needs.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic or digital design (agency or freelance experience a plus)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva

• Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS platforms)

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, sales funnels, and campaign strategy

• Interest in (or experience with) writing short-form marketing copy is a plus

• Tech-savvy and adaptable—you learn new tools quickly

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
